San Miguel de Allende- coming soon!

Heading off to San Miguel de Allende, have wanted to visit for years, will rent out the amazing space of friend and Designer Lisa Kingsley- I carry her beautiful bags at the shop.

Made of traditional weaving and crocheting techniques of Yucatan hamacas thread along with antique coins, so excited to carry these gorgeous pieces.

Will also carry macrame bikinis and tanks.

Meeting Tziporah

Chosen as a model for Lanvin, favorite of Bill Cunningham, when Tziporah  came through Chicago, I was excited to meet
This amazing woman.

We ended up having much in common, we both worked for Barneys, she in the early days, for 6 months, on 17th street

I joined Barneys later, in Chicago, but opened stores and did windows at Madison ave, and stayed on a bit longer, 8 years.
in the end, we exchanged stories, and mutual admiration, we both admire the sisters behind Anndra Neen- Phoebe and Annette stephens, if you haven't heard of Tziporah Salamon, please do look her up.
